Cleanse Twice A Day

Experts recommend that cleansing should be done once in the morning, and once at night. In fact, sticky humidity causes your face to become greasy. Especially after a day with full-on make up, using some micellar water to clean your pores will help you keep your skin clean, fresh and healthy. Also, don’t forget to exfoliate once a week, to get rid of all the dead skin caused by pollution and make up residues of the week.

Upgrade Your Diet

Our diet changes between seasons, which is completely normal. While in winter we crave more carbs and warm food, in the spring and summer, we often tend to go a bit more »light» on food. Therefore, consuming fruits and veggies not only will help you prepare your skin for the rough summer weather, but will also increase your hydration. In addition to antioxidants and vitamins loaded in this type of foods, certain fruits like watermelon and cucumber are mostly water.

Remove Hair Correctly

Of course, we can’t miss this one. A huge part of our prep for summer is waxing/hair removal process. True Love Is Found Between The Ages 27-35

Mathematician and Dr. Hannah Fry revealed a new interesting study. She found that people found true love between the ages 27-35. Furthermore, the author relies on mathematical based research, to precisely and accurately use numbers to answer questions. The author of author of the book The Mathematics of Love, shared her predictions, as well as tips for finding a long-lasting relationship and true love.

Tips On Finding The Love Of Your Life

In addition, Hannah Fry shared some valuable advice with the single people out there during the MRS annual conference. Moreover, her list of tips include being yourself, knowing that beauty isn’t everything, and rejecting 37% of your first lovers. Because, these first love experiences improve your ability to observe, and allow you to distinguish the person who fits almost perfectly in your life.

She also suggested that a more open-minded approach would bear more fruit, in terms of avoiding to have a checklist and leaving more doors open instead of having specific criteria.

How To Get Away With Murder

Viola Davis not only fascinated the public with how great she interpreted her role, but she admitted that it was »life changing» for her. In fact, this series is one of the best to address the inequality in the American justice system, and bring out the best, and worst of struggling Law and Criminology college students. Although the show released their final season this year, Netflix has all the previous 5 seasons, which you will not be able to stop watching!

An above-ayaerage smart guy fakes graduating from Harvard Law School to work at one of the best legal firms of the country. How To Remove Gel Nail Polish At Home?

Wether you are stuck in confinement, or you just can’t do a trip to the salon right now, we feel you! It’s a big struggle not to be able to get your nails professionally done, yet need to get rid of the gel as your nails start growing. We realize that it’s a complicated process having to do it on your own, but we are here to offer some help. Without further ado, here is a simple guide to help you remove gel nail polish at home.

Break Out the Nail File

First of all, you need to slowly remove the file from the nail, without damaging it. In order tp so, sand down the top layer of gel polish using the file gently. Make sure to be careful and not overdo it, by just clearing the shine down and not the entire layer.

Use Aluminum Foil

The next step will be wrapping each of your 10 finger tips in aluminum foil, dipped in acetone. Th point of this step is to soften the hard color left from breaking out the color. Once wrapped, leave them on for about 10-15 minutes, then check on them. It is important to avoid so much movement, as your nails will be sensitive, so try not to touch anything!

Soak Your Fingers In acetone

Once the aluminum foil is removed, take some cotton balls, soak them in acetone to gently wipe your fingers. You will notice that the color will start getting removed. Don’t apply pressure, but rather put your fingers into the cotton balls and not vice-versa.

Protect Your Skin

It is important to mention that during all these steps, your skin should be protected. in addition to finding a well-ventilated space before starting the process, make sure you have all you need before you. This way, you avoid interrupting the steps. Furthermore, use cuticle oil or a thick cream to coat the skin surrounding your fingertips and nails. According to manicurists, this protects your skin for acetone, which is highly damaging to your skin tissues.

Be Patient

The most important advice, is that you need to have a lot of patience. Since you have to remove gel nail polish at home, without having access to the necessary equipment. Therefore, you really want to take your time, and be slow and gentle on your nails.

You Are Stressing Too much

According to the American Academy of Dermatology, the human body normally sheds around 100 to 125 hairs per day. This substance is heavily influenced by the production of iron in your body. Therefore, lack of iron, which causes anemia, will result in gradual hair loss. If you notice that you constantly loose small parts of your hair but as frequently as never before, you may want to get a blood test. Hormonal Imbalance

In addition to genetics, some people develop hormonal imbalances due to many natural causes. Climate change, periods, and even seasonal depression. Too Much Sun

Finally, you may be completely healthy, notice no changes in your body, but still suffer hair loss or slow hair growth. UV rays might give your hair that golden color you always wanted, but be careful, because they dry your strands. Avoid over exposure to the sun, especially if your hair is light, in order to avoid permanent and unwanted damage on your hair and your health.
